Three Grumpy Simmers - EP29 - How's Your Mental Health Game?

The Three Grumpy Simmers make their long awaited return to the airwaves with a topic that is very much suited to 2020 and the world we all find ourselves in.

 

In this episode we discuss some of the more uncomfortable topics, how to recognize burn out in ourselves and our friends. We talk about how it happens to all of us, and what we can each do.

 

Spending a little time reflecting on the journey we have had with flight simulation, we appreciate the journey we are on, and ask a question we have asked before for us all to think about, why do we sim?

 

Remember folks, that it is easy to just type words, we never know what is happening on the other side of the screen. Be supportive of each other. Try and remember that we are here to enjoy ourselves, to escape from the daily world. Lets support and encourage everyone in their own unique way of celebrating and reaching that. Be good humans.

A former virtual airline CEO, Bel has embraced many aspects of flight simulation, and understands how to connect with the community at large, through his YouTube channel, and various collaborations with fellow simmers.
